I.U.O.M.A. creation for "Tag your it"
This is my second submission for this project.
The project was "i will send 2 tags - one will have art on it & the other you will put art on & send back."
I did my tag & mailed it...
I took a nap & dreamed this tag & image...
So - i made a second one - sent it with the photo & a blank tag
